At Bodymind Collective, we believe in the interconnection between individual and collective healing and that good therapy should involve more than just "talking it out". We offer a holistic approach that takes into account the bio-psycho-social-spiritual dimensions of health, with an emphasis on integrating mind and body-based approaches to therapy. We recognize that the root causes of distress do not occur at an individual level but are rooted in our relationships, societal systems, and complexities of our lived experience as human beings. We support our clients to process these experiences in a safe and trauma-informed space.
