I am a Registered Psychotherapist and the director of YourTherapist Psychotherapy and Counselling Clinic with locations in Ottawa, Kingston and the GTA. My experience includes years of advanced training in psychology, neuroscience and genetics, providing trauma-informed interventions for clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP). I utilize a client-centred methodology to provide a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment for my clients.
