I am here to help you gain insight into your life and view it from new perspectives. Together, we’ll look at the beliefs and patterns that may be adding to your current challenges and gently explore how past experiences continue to shape how you feel today. I genuinely believe you already have the internal strength and capacity to overcome the challenges you’re facing. My role is to help you access those inner resources, understand the parts of you that are hurting, and support you as you move toward the life you want to live. My approach is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, and respectful of all sexual orientations.
