I am an Ajax trauma and OCD therapist who uses EMDR, ACT, and ERP. My clients come to me feeling exhausted by their own minds. Sometimes they can’t stop thinking about something scary or difficult that happened to them in the past. They replay scenarios and feel on edge or easily frightened or angry. Maybe you've spent years fighting intrusive thoughts, getting pulled into rituals that take up more time than you'd like to admit, or running on a background hum of worry that never really quiets. I understand this dynamic well, and I find it genuinely meaningful work to help people shift it.
