I work with people navigating profound life transitions, including searching for their authentic self, grief, identity transition, and end of life. I also support new mothers and birthing persons moving through grief, rage, and tenderness—seeking a place where these experiences don’t need to be edited or explained. I am deeply committed to creating safety around tender and complex experiences, making room for what longs to be honoured.
