My approach is personal, as I have dealt with ADHD, and having a brother with Autism, I offer genuine empathy as I can relate to my clients on a more personal level. I understand the nuances of these experiences, and can help you navigate through your own. I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, couples, refugees, etc.
