My clients are often navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or patterns that keep showing up in their relationships and daily lives. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to guide you in reconnecting with that inner knowing. Through this work, we will develop the awareness and tools needed to create more intentional, embodied ways of living.
