I’m a passionate Mental Health advocate, with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health and addictions. I work with clients on trauma healing, repairing self esteem and regaining a sense of power and control during challenging moments. Feeling stuck and overwhelmed are easier to navigate when feeling supported. Sometimes all you need is the ability to speak openly without judgement, to feel heard and seen with someone to walk alongside your journey. Human connection is a powerful tool towards healing, you don't need to suffer alone. Together we can explore internal strengths and build on a brighter path forward.
