I specialize in working with high-functioning adults in Winnipeg & across Manitoba who feel overwhelmed or held back by the past. At the heart of my work is a commitment to meeting you where you are—honoring your story, your pace, and your hopes for healing. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can make sense of your internal world and move toward greater clarity and well-being. I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over ten years of clinical experience in trauma-informed care and EMDR. I also continue to deepen my expertise through specialized training and keeping up with the most current evidence-based practices.
