I am a psychotherapist with more than seven years of clinical experience treating anxiety, OCD/OCPD, trauma, and neurodivergent individuals. I am particularly drawn to working with artists and other creative professionals, whose distinctive perspectives and sensitivities often shape both their work and the challenges they encounter. My work is integrative, combining somatic awareness with practical tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and relational psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach allows us to work both with present-day challenges and the deeper relational patterns that influence how you experience yourself and others.
