You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that are difficult to shift. Perhaps you're struggling with the impact of past experiences, feeling stuck in relationships, or questioning your sense of self. I work with youth, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, intergenerational trauma, identity exploration, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. I also support neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, in a space that is flexible, collaborative, and responsive to their unique needs.
