I work from the firmly rooted belief that all people make sense. That all of our patterns have a purpose, and often, that purpose is to protect ourselves. My primary goal is to support people in connecting with insight, attunement and choice in how they show up within themselves, with others, and in their lives. Together, we approach existing patterns and protective strategies with curiosity and compassion while developing new practices that encourage adaptability and connection within yourself and your relationships.
