They could also be navigating addiction or facing challenges related to parenting or life transitions. Ultimately, my ideal client is someone who is open to growth and ready to engage in the therapeutic process, even if it feels daunting at first. They may not have all the answers, but they are committed to exploring their challenges and working toward their goals in a safe, supportive space.
