I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and the Director of MindScape Psychology, a private group practice. I am currently accepting new assessment clients. My work includes psychological assessment, trauma‑informed therapy, consultation, and clinical supervision. I have particular experience working with individuals exposed to chronic stress, trauma, and high‑responsibility roles, including first responders. My clinical approach is informed by attachment theory and trauma‑informed practice. I focus on understanding how early experiences, relationships, and life events shape emotional regulation, behaviour, and sense of self.
