Life is not always what we expect it to be, and navigating our goals and expectations can be challenging. In counselling, I apply my skills and knowledge from my Social Work education and specialized training, as well as my lived experiences as a Korean- Canadian, transracial adoptee, and someone who has learned from personal experiences of mental health and trauma. I am dedicated to supporting, educating, advocating, and empowering clients through life, whether it is regarding stress, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety and depression, but also through times of transitions, accomplishments and personal growth.
