I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor who works with adults and teenagers in both individual and couples counselling. My main areas of focus include: depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, coping, stress, self-care, trauma and PTSD. I believe in taking a holistic and empathetic approach in counselling that is grounded in evidence-based techniques. I recognize that all my clients are different and I consider their emotional, physical, spiritual, and social factors when co-creating a plan towards well-being.
