I help individuals who find themselves “stuck” in a cycle of making the same choices and decisions over and over again in their relationships, health goals, or career. My goal is to help you get unstuck and move forward. Our mental health can be impacted by life challenges which include trauma, loss, interpersonal, intimate, and familial conflict.
