My name is Tierney Long, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is solution-focused and relationship-based. I believe that we need to build trust and a meaningful connection to best work together to reach your therapeutic goals. Every individual person has a unique story and needs, and I want to hear yours. I am open-minded, calm, and flexible in my approach. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy techniques. The sessions are in your time, and I want to focus on your goals for treatment. I help clients gain clarity and strength to live the lives they want.
