Every one of us has the innate capacity to move beyond our repetitive, limiting beliefs and reactions in order to grow and flourish. We can both acknowledge and process our pain and suffering AND want more meaning and engagement in life. Spanning 20 years of practice, I help clients navigate experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also empower and share concrete practices with clients in their pursuit of greater life-purpose, meaning and vitality; to help them step out of their "autopilot" of day-to-day living to feel more alive and joyful.
