Looking for a therapist can feel like a daunting process. With so many different types of therapies out there, it’s not always clear what type of support will truly resonate or be effective for you. Even more, opening up to someone, even a trained professional, can be intimidating. So, our first and most important step in the therapeutic journey is creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My approach is primarily rooted within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
