Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship stress can make it hard to move forward. I support adolescents and adults across Ontario in building confidence and emotional resilience through compassionate, collaborative therapy offered virtually and in-person from my Toronto office. I work with clients navigating a range of challenges, including shame, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and addiction recovery. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, grounded in the belief that meaningful change grows through safety, understanding, and self-compassion rather than pressure or criticism.
