Hi! My name is Taran, and I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. In my clinical practice, I support children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, and learning and developmental disabilities. My practice focuses on helping clients build coping skills, improve emotion regulation, and manage daily stressors. I also work closely with caregivers and families to help them develop their strengths and maintain a supportive home environment for positive and healthy development.
