I believe in empowerment, insight and healing, and I deeply value your personal story. I would love to help you to let go of the negatives that may be holding you back from achieving greater peace and fulfillment in your life. There is a lot that you CAN do to make your own life healthier and happier! Together, we will look back, plan ahead, and, most importantly, figure out how to live now. I have been a practicing therapist since 2004; with youth in a high school setting for 11 years, and currently working with individuals, couples and families within a private practice context.
