I'm glad you're here! I offer person-centered services to youth & adults navigating various challenges, with a special interest in those experiencing and/or living with trauma, ADHD, grief, stress, OCD, domestic violence, depression/anxiety, and family conflict. I am particularly experienced in supporting youth, families, and first responders. Fun Fact: I have a background as a first responder and worked within the youth justice field. My lived experience allows me to use a relational approach to practice that allows for a deep understanding of each individual's unique identity.
