My style as a therapist tends to be more interactive than neutral, and I work hard to help my clients to progress toward their goals as quickly as possible. I have been practicing psychotherapy for well over 25 years and have helped my clients in individual and couples session settings. I utilize the ACT, DBT, CBT, CPT, Psychodynamic, and existential therapy approaches. I emphasize treatment methods supported by the latest research findings. My research focuses on improving the predictability of the psychiatric rating scales.
