Trauma can leave lasting marks on every part of life—your emotional health, your relationships, even how you see the world. For many police officers, military personnel, and first responders, these effects may show up as PTSD, complex trauma, or moral injury, with symptoms like emotional shutdown, isolation, or difficulty trusting others. I work primarily with those who serve—individuals who face unique psychological demands due to the intensity and unpredictability of their roles. My focus is to help clients process their experiences, heal from invisible wounds, and reclaim a sense of control and purpose.
