I believe that personal health encompasses not only the state of the body but our minds, emotions, and thoughts as well. My passion for psychotherapy comes from helping others achieve their goals and fulfill a wholistic picture of health by improving and integrating all areas of their lives. Since I began practicing in the field in 2018, I have discovered that one of the greatest rewards for me is supporting clients in learning new skills and gaining a different perspective often while using a sense of humor. While doing this, my goal is to help them utilize their own strengths and abilities to develop a happier and healthier life.
