Have you been carrying more than people realize or you keep going even if it does not always show on the outside? But inside, you may feel overwhelmed underneath, emotionally exhausted, feeling disconnected and stuck in the same patterns or carrying invisible weight. Does this sound familiar? Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, self esteem, domestic violence, relationship issues, grief, immigration stress,bullying, identity using real life strategies. As someone who immigrated many years ago, I understand what it means to carry that invisible weight and the importance of slowing down.
