Hello, I’m Sylvie. My work is dedicated to supporting youth, couples, and families, with a focus on women impacted by domestic violence, single mothers, and immigrant parents. Guided by both professional training and lived experience, I offer an empathetic, culturally responsive approach. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe each person holds an inner resilience that can be strengthened and restored. My role is to help you reconnect with that strength, improve relationships, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
