I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to help you feel at ease and supported from the very first session. Sessions are tailored to each individuals needs, goals, and comfort level. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable openly sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling more grounded, supported, and empowered with a greater sense of clarity and confidence than when they arrived.
