Being a young person can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I view therapy as your space to process, reflect, grow, and heal, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable doing this. My passion is supporting children, teens, and young adults because I understand the challenges these seasons of life can bring. My areas of specialty include self-esteem and body image, relationship issues, intimate partner violence, attachment, bullying and friendships, and family relationships. I also have a special interest in addressing the unique issues girls and young women face.
