My specialisation is in supporting caregivers who are worried for loved ones experiencing mental or physical health issues, and adult children of emotionally immature parents. I can help adult children of immigrant parents, working caregivers, children of the “sandwich generation” and other adults feel peace and power. I can help carers to find and use the tools needed to deal with loved one’s expectations, lack of insight, need for attention, and in accessing the available supports for attending to complex care needs. You can expect a safe space with me, regardless of gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
