I help people to identify and overcome the issues that are preventing them from achieving what they want in life. My clients are highly functioning men and women who are dealing with the stressors of modern day existence, ie relationship issues, life transitions, depression and anxiety. It can often be a difficult task to balance interpersonal relationships (family, friends, dating, committed relationships) with life's expectations. Common stressors can also cause life crisis. For example, figuring out your career path, changing careers, adjusting to a new living or financial situation, dealing with chronic illness or the loss of a loved one.
