I am a Canadian-certified perinatal mental health therapist with specialized training in perinatal grief and loss, birth and reproductive trauma, and infertility. I have 15 years of experience in both community mental health and private practice. I use a grief framework which incorporates different modalities including neuroscience, solution-focused, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches to navigate the complex emotions you may be experiencing. I also support individuals beyond the perinatal/postpartum period who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and work stressors.
