I view many of the problems that show up in therapy as creative adjustments to overwhelming, stressful, and hurtful conditions we all must face from time to time, or even most of the time. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating identity questions, relationship distress, and existentially challenging life events, and couples and partners looking for better communication, security, and connection. I am especially drawn to helping other cis men find freedom from oppressive gendered roles that demand strength, inflexibility, and constriction and to cultivate their own nurturing, creative masculinity.
