My ideal clients are teens and adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing challenges that feel insurmountable. They want to gain confidence, improve daily functioning, and navigate life with greater ease. They are ready to leave the past behind, heal the parts of themselves that carry shame, fear embarrassment and pain, and begin to build their life using their strengths and the things within their own control. My clients are committed to growth and self-compassion, they are willing to do the work to move forward, embrace change, and become the person they are meant to be.
