I am passionate about fostering a collaborative environment where clients can examine what is and isn’t serving them and explore pathways for change. Using a holistic model and integrative therapeutic approach, I help clients anchor themselves in the present and get curious about their areas of stagnation, ultimately guiding them toward developing new ways of being.
