With over three decades of experience as both a high school educator and administrator, and more than a decade working as a psychotherapist, Stafford has developed a deep passion for helping young people from diverse backgrounds overcome various emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges to achieve their fullest potential. In 2015, Stafford established Wise Transformations, a business offering psychotherapy and educational consultations. Although Stafford specializes in working with youth, he also works to assist individuals, couples, and groups towards a deeper awareness of their current situation and their desired future.
