Are you feeling anxious or depressed and not quite sure how to move forward? I work with individuals and couples who are struggling in their relationships, at work, or in their personal lives. If you feel stuck or alone, together we can discover ways for you to feel better, take action, and make different choices. Whether we are exploring your thoughts, feelings, habits or relationships, it will be in a non-judgemental and inviting environment. I work in person and virtually and I provide short term and long term therapy. I am a psychotherapist and have advanced training in psychoanalysis and Compassionate Inquiry.
