I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, or periods of uncertainty, I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to support growth, healing, and deeper connection. I also have a special interest in supporting couples navigating infidelity and relationship repair. Services are available in both English and French.
