Hi, I’m Sonia! A passionate therapist specializing in supporting young children, teens, and parents, including those in the postpartum period as well as trauma survivors. In my work, I focus on helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image concerns, relationship conflicts, managing big emotions, and the deep loneliness that can sometimes come with these struggles. I believe that healing begins in authentic connections, that’s what I offer every step of the way! And together we’ll strive to take meaningful, action-based steps toward real change.
