I support individuals and couples navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic overthinking, relationship challenges, including difficult parent-adult child dynamics, as well as those who are neurodivergent, including ADHD and ADHD-related traits. Together, we gently explore how past experiences, attachment wounds, and nervous system adaptations may still be impacting your day to day life.
