I work with those among us I call the Walking Wounded. You may thrive in some areas yet struggle to survive in the psychospiritual dimension of life. You put on a brave face day in and day out while secretly fighting battles with your inner demons. You've ticked off all the boxes and still experience no real joy, freedom, peace, or love. Your insides don’t match your outsides. You believe at the root of your suffering lies unresolved trauma.
