At Agapé Lens Consulting and Therapy, I provide individual psychotherapy, prioritizing Black individuals 12+, couples, and families . I have been addressing the needs of mental health and racialized communities for over 15 years. We can focus on a variety of concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger, and racism.
