Struggling with mental health difficulties can feel isolating and overwhelming, and clients may find the idea of seeking therapy and opening up about their experiences daunting. ​ I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment for clients as we develop an assessment and/or treatment plan that fits their unique needs and experiences. My goal is for my clients to feel understood and supported as they build the skills they need to move forward and achieve growth, healing, and an improved quality of life.
