As a supportive and transformative process, counselling empowers individuals by providing them with the strength and insight needed to view their situations from new perspectives. This clarity can facilitate a deeper understanding of feelings, experiences, or behaviours, paving the way for positive changes and the achievement of realistic goals. I bring over two decades of experience in the social services field to my practice. My academic and professional journey in Social Work has equipped me with the skills to assist clients through their most challenging times.
