I believe we are all capable of improving our lives but many of us become "stuck" in the process due to self doubt, insecurity, lack of self esteem, past and/or present trauma, losses, etc. My approach is to work together to find the most appropriate solutions for these issues, or find comfort and acceptance with the challenges of life. With broader perspectives, or an alternative life choice, we increase our general well-being. I believe in practical solutions and appropriate perspectives, allowing all of us a better sense of comfort and competency in everyday life.
