Throughout life, we all experience challenges that can affect our confidence, coping, and sense of balance. I am passionate about supporting children, youth, and adults as they learn to understand themselves, build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience. I believe that each person has strengths and resilience within them, and my role is to provide a safe and supportive space where they can uncover those strengths and continue to grow. I support individuals experiencing social anxiety, depression, overthinking, low self-confidence, and difficulty setting boundaries.
