Hello and welcome. I’m Shelby, a psychotherapist and registered social worker at Gibson and Associates. If anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the state of the world are feeling heavy, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and feel supported. I take an intuitive, compassionate, and holistic approach to mind-body wellness, offering a confidential and non-judgmental space for individuals aged 16 and above to explore what’s coming up for them. As a trauma-informed, EMD and IFS-trained therapist, I draw from mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices to support growth and understanding.
