Welcome! I come with over 17 years experience working with children, youth and their families with various needs and struggles. This experience has been with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, avoidance, emotional difficulties, and current life challenges. I also have expertise working with children who may be experiencing behavioural disturbances, anger management, various diagnoses, including ADHD and communication within the family. I truly appreciate the time that each client gives to share their story and the openness that they present.
